This Friday 11th Sept 2020 at our weekly COVID-19 Business Catch-up Zoom session:
Collaboration. Everyone talks about it. Few give it a serious thought. Or more than lip service.

Why? Collaboration is not only hard, it goes against the patterns of behaviour we have been brought up with in our society. Collaboration is not only a bit abstruse as a concept, it also encompasses a science—and an art. Who studies collaboration? Not very many of us!
The French say, “ in the domain of the blind, the one-eyed are kings.”
Three locals have, indeed, studied the art and science of collaboration and two of them will be on board on Friday, 11 Sept, for our next ST COVID Zoom gathering. They will not be the “experts” but consider themselves the “one-eyed”! So there will be a dash of science, a pinch of art and a lot of discussion and input from everyone in this Zoom gathering.
If you plan to attend, jump straight to Prof Google and do a bit of homework and you will be better prepared than our “one-eyed experts”!
There are also more surprises to announce about our upcoming ST AGM and day with Leanne Kemp, Chief Entrepreneur of Qld, on 22 Sept.
And a quick plea to those who have felt boosted or supported by ST along the way: consider becoming a Driver. We use a few collaborative tools, have generated a group where trust and a feeling of working in a team is paramount. Consider whether you might want to join such a group and do good for your community at the same time.
